Here's my first attempt at a frame tutorial. :-)

For this tutorial you will need:

SuperBladePro
Filter Factory A
Midnight Blue Texture Preset

This is the image I am going to use but you can use
one of your fave images.

Open this image in PSP7.

We are going to add a border using the next
settings. Choose Image/Add Borders and make sure your
background colour is white.

Your image should look like this:

frame 01 03.jpg (17655 bytes)

Now with the magic wand tool  frame 01 04.jpg (880 bytes) select the
white border.
Go to effects/plugin filters/flaming pear/superbladepro and
use the midnight blue texture preset. Use the
default setting and click OK. Do not deselect.

this is what you should have:

Go to effects/plugin filters/filter factory gallery A/
pool shadow and use these settings:

Again do not deselect. Now go to selections/invert....

Then effects/3d effects/cutout with these settings:

Apply another cutout, same settings except this time
vertical and horizontal are -5.

Now deselect (Ctrl-d) and your image is done :-) This is my endresult :-)
