A new tutorial just for you !!! I was browsing through
my big list of filters and found another lovely Filter Factory effect.

You are going to need:

PSP7
Filter Factory M
20/20

I have used this lovely picture for this tutorial:

Open this picture in PSP. No go to effects, plug-in filters, filter factory m,
loom and use these settings:

After applying these settings you should have something like this:

Now open this picture in 20/20 and go to image, seamless tile
and your background is finished :-)
