I think it is time for a new tutorial........so here we are :-) I just made this background
for a stat that I made and I thought this background was pretty cool.........so, here goes :-)

For this background you are going to need:

20/20
Flaming Pear - Flexify
Harry's Filters

I've used this lovely images for this tutorial:

Open this picture in PSP.

Go to effects, plug-in filters, harrys filters, harrys filters and use
these settings:

Click OK.

Now go to effects, plug-in filters, flaming pear, flexify and use these settings:
(click on this thumbnail to view the larger picture...I had to do this because otherwise you
couldn't read the settings anymore)

Now your image should look like this:

Go to effects, sharpen, sharpen more.

Save this picture and open it in 20/20.

In 20/20 go to image, seamless tile and your background is ready. You can always
mute it down if you want.
