I thought I'd write another tutorial for you. :-)

This is what you'll need for this tutorial:

FM Tile Tools - Distortion Swirl
20/20

This is the picture I've used for this tutorial:

Open this picture in PSP and go to effects,
plug-in filters, fm tile tools, distortion swirls and use
these settings:

After you've applied these settings, your picture should
look like this:

Save this picture and open it in 20/20. Go to image,
seamless tile......

I think this picture is a bit too harsh....go to image,
muted background, opacity 50%.

Save this picture yet again. Open it in PSP. Go to
effects, fm tile tools, blend emboss and use these
settings:

Your background is now finished :-)
