I thought it was time for a new tutorial. I think this
one has a pretty kewl effect :-)

What you are going to need for this tutorial is:

20/20
Filter Factory V

I've used this picture for this tutorial:

Open this in PSP. Go to effects, plug-in filters,
filter factory V, incantations and use these settings:

After you've apllied these settings, your picture should
look something like this:

This isn't a seamless background just yet. Save this picture
and open it in 20/20. Go to image, seamless tile.
Now you have the perfect seamless background :-)

You can always tone it down if you want. In 20/20 go to image,
muted background and use an opacity around 50%.
