For this tutorial you'll need:

20/20
Filter Factory B

This is the picture which I have used for this tutorial:

Open this in PSP and go to effects, plug-in filters,
filter factory b, spinner and use these settings:

Apply these settings and this is what your picture should
look like:

Save this picture and open it in 20/20.......in 20/20 go to
image, tile effect....

Apply the tile effect.....this is what you should get:

Go to image, muted background:

and apply these settings:

After applying, your background is finished :-)
