Okies........another tutorial. This one does look a lot
like another tutorial I've already done (Background Seven,
Xaggerate) but this is a bit different. I really liked the effect so
I thought.....woohoo, another tutorial !!! LOL

For this tutorial you are going to need:

Funhouse Zigzaggerate Filter
20/20

Now, onto the picture which I have used for this tutorial.....

Open this picture in PSP and go to effects, plug-in filters,
funhouse, zigzaggerate and use these settings:

Apply these settings and then your picture should look
like this:

Save this picture, open it in 20/20. In 20/20 go to image, tile effect
and your background is finished. You can always apply
the muted background effect in 20/20 (I usually use
50% opacity) if you want :-)
