Now that I have finished the new look, it is time for some new tutorials....so
here goes.......

For this tutorial you need:

RCS Filter
20/20

Open a picture of your own choice or use the one which I am
going to use:

Once you have done this.......go to effects, plug-in filters,
RCS Filter Pack 1.0, RCS sequins.......

You don't need the settings for this plugin because you can't
alter them........

Your picture should look like this after applying the
sequins filter:

Save this picture and open it in 20/20. In 20/20 you go to image,
tile effect.
After this, go to image, muted background and use these
settings:

Save your picture and your background is ready :-)
