For this background tutorial you are going to need the following plugins:

20/20
Filter Factory B

For this tutorial I have used this picture:

Open this picture in PSP and then go to effects, plug-in filters,
filter factory B, crystal ball and use these settings.....

Now you should get a sphere (crystal ball........duh) in the middle of your
picture.......like this:

Save this picture to your harddrive but this picture
still isn't very interesting ........

Open 20/20 and go to images, tile effect:

This is what you should get:

I find this a bit too harsh for a background so we are going to tone it down
a little bit by doing the following in 20/20

go to images, muted background......

and use these settings:

apply these settings and save the end-result.

Your background is finished !! :-)
