Finally I found the time to make another tutorial. This one is
really simple and this is what you need:

DC Special
FM Tile Tools

This is the image I am going to use for this tutorial:

Open this image in PSP 6 or 7 and go to effects, plug-in filters, dcspecial,
rain and use these settings:

You should get a lovely grainy result. But I want to add a little bit more depth..

so go to effects, plug-in filters, fm tile tools, blend emboss and use
these settings:



To finish this background we are going to make it
seamless. Save this picture, open it in 20/20
and in 20/20 go to Image, Tile Effect and your background
is ready :-)
