GOLAN HEIGHTS LAW
December 14, 1981

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This legislation, extending Israeli law to the area of the Golan Heights, was adopted in the Knesset by a majority of 63 MK's against 21. Among those in favor were 8 members of the Labor Party opposition. In presenting the law, Prime Minister Begin stated that the time had come to implement the government's policy regarding the Golan Heights citing Syria's implacable hostility to Israel, and the recent deployment of Syrian missiles on Lebanese soil -- a provocation of crisis proportions. He reminded the ministers that the Syrian president had recently rejected any ties with Israel, even if the PLO would recognize Israel.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Text:
The jurisdiction, law and administration of the state is extended over the region of the Golan Heights, as described in the Appendix.

This Law shall become valid on the day of its passage in the Knesset.

The Minister of the Interior shall be charged with the implementation of this Law, and he is entitled, in consultation with the Minister of Justice, to enact regulations for its implementation and to formulate in regulations transitional provisions concerning the continued application of regulations, orders, administrative orders, rights and duties which were in force on the Golan Heights prior to the application of this Law.

BOMBS OVER BAGHDAD!

OR

Just do it, G W, JUST DO IT!!

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on June 7, 1981, Israel saved the world from the threat of nuclear blackmail. In less than two minutes’ time, Israeli jets laid waste an atomic reactor on the outskirts of Baghdad, and so deprived a brutish dictator the potential for mass destruction. ---The world was outraged. Voices that had been silent for years, while Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein courted the feckless nations of the West in his quest for nuclear bombs, were suddenly raised in a chorus of indignation.

“We don’t think [Israel’s] action serves the cause of peace in the area,” sniffed French Foreign Minister Claude Cheysson, whose country had supplied Hussein the ill-fated reactor.

“Provocative, ill-timed and internationally illegal,” sobbed U.S. Senator Mark Hatfield.

“Armed attack in such circumstances cannot be justified; it represents a grave breach of international law,” scolded the usually sensible British prime minister, Margaret Thatcher.

“Israel’s sneak attack...was an act of inexcusable and short-sighted aggression,” snarled a New York Times editorial, written by editorial page editor Max Frankel.

“[The attack] did severe damage to the hope in which Israel’s true security must lie: the hope of realistic relations with all its neighbors,” sermonized New York Times paleoliberal columnist Anthony Lewis.

“[Israel has] vastly compounded the difficulties of procuring a peaceful settlement of the confrontations in the Middle East,” sniped Time magazine.

Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, it should be noted, expressed complete sympathy and solidarity with Iraq, and in fact helped push through a United Nations resolution condemning Israel for the attack on their good neighbor.

This is a personal letter from me to Encylopaedia Britannica because they have been the lead in the revisionist history of a mythical palestine.

*********************************************************************

Why do you deliberately lie about the origination of the word Palestine?

Why do you treat a shorthand word for a geographic study as if it was actually a place that had a people called Palestinians when you know that people are murdering for it every single day?

When did Christ get born in Palestine?

If I can't find one decent article on the subject that tells the full truth, cancel my subscription this moment.

If you would lie about something so vital, it would seem I wouldn't be able to trust the rest of your information either. Your lack of honesty has gotten many of my people killed and pretty much dumped archaeology in the toilet.

***************************************************************************

Following is another letter to an interested party as I fully intend to expose this myth for what it is.

***************************************************************************

Thank you for printing at least some of the truth about Palestine by Beth Kennedy and Sharon Nader Sloan. The truth about Palestine is even a little more bizarre than even they said.

Palestine was the shorthand name given to an archaeological study done by a British Expedition in times past. It was a study of the paleolithic era in the Near East (which is still its official name in the US State Department, not the Mid East.)

At any rate, in reading about one expedition headed by a female archaeologist whose name, if I recall correctly, was Dorothy Garrod, the term used in these expeditions was explained in the Encyclopedia Brittanica no less.

The area consisted of all the land around the Mediterranean Sea, so instead of writing *Paleolithic study in the Near East* on every report, it was shortened to PALE-olithic STudy In the Near East. PALESTINE. It was a specific geographical area, not a country, and it had absolutely NOTHING to do with a people, nor was it in any way a reference to a Biblical place.

THIS is a MUCH different article from the one that was in the Britannica even 3 years ago.

ARTICLE

EXCERPT FROM ARTICLE
The Stone Age and the Copper Age

The Paleolithic Period (Old Stone Age) in Palestine was first fully examined by the archaeologist Dorothy Garrod in her excavations of caves on the slopes of Mount Carmel in 1929–34.

!!!"(In this historical survey the TERM “Palestine” is used as conventional shorthand to refer to the area comprising most of contemporary Israel and parts of Jordan. The eastern boundaries of this area have fluctuated throughout history, and specific definitions are dependent on and will emerge from the historical context.)"!!!
In other words, THEIR historical context.

"The finds showed that at this stage Palestine was culturally linked with Europe, and human remains were recovered showing that the inhabitants were of the same group as the Neanderthal inhabitants of Europe. The Mesolithic Period (Middle Stone Age) is best represented by a culture called Natufian, known from excavations at ‘Ain Mallaha and Jericho. The Natufians lived in caves, as did their Paleolithic predecessors, but there is a possibility that they were experimenting in agriculture, for the importance to them of the collection of grain is shown by the artistic care that they lavished on the carving of the hafts of their sickles and in the provision of utensils for grinding. During the ubsequent Neolithic Period (New Stone Age) humans gradually undertook the domestication of animals, the cultivation of crops, the production of pottery, and the building of towns (e.g., Jericho by 7000 BC)."

################################################################################

The British then used it to designate an area and it gained a legitimacy it never deserved because there never was such a place, and to my knowledge, there is no such place today. The British then used it as a kind of a bribe to Arabs to keep from complying with the Balfour Declaration and to maintain control of the oil fields.

Slowly, the Britannica and other world encyclopedias have replaced Near East with Mideast, and used Palestine as interchangable with Palestina to make it seem as if it has always been, but it is a lie and the worst lie I can imagine. What's worse, it has only taken relatively few years for this lie to become the world's salvation from us Jews.

I am sure you can check these facts against older encyclopedias and I do have old maps which have nothing comparable to a Palestine on them that were drawn by Ancient Cartographers. For Instance:

ANCIENT NEAR EAST MAP

It is SHORTHAND. Nothing more, nothing less.

Anyway, thank you. I know people keep trying to explain that there really is no Palestine, and I warn people, especially Jews, not to fall into the trap of ever even saying it because once you do, it is but a short step over the cliff. If you start comparing it to what might SOUND like a real Biblical place, you have automatically lost this terrible game

The Philistines were sea people, fair skinned and not Arab at all. Palaestyna was an Assyrian defilement of Jerusalem, but it was never commonly used, and it was never a people. There has never been, since time began, a person, a place, or a people called Palestine or Palestinians. And no matter what or how many explanations you might find, THIS one is the truth.

Even Jewish scholars seem determined to find a Palestine in ancient Hebrew root words that don't make much sense half the time, and make no sense at all if you have ever studied archaeology before they started changing the history books...and even the Christian Bible is full of Palestinians who never existed.

HERE is more proof that the land has been Hebrew Land long before the word Palestine ever was invented. They might try, but history, like truth, has an odd way of bubbling to the surface no matter how deeply one tries to bury it.

THIS is where Garrod began her expedition and here is where she died. If she knew what they had done with the historical record she died for, she would haunt them unmercifully.

"Hebrew Har Ha-karmel, mountain range, northwestern Israel; the city of Haifa is on its northeastern slope. It divides the Plain of Esdraelon (‘Emeq Yizre‘el) and the Galilee (east and north) from the coastal Plain of Sharon (south). A northwest–southeast-trending limestone ridge, about 16 mi (26 km) long, it covers an area of about 95 sq mi (245 sq km). Its seaward point, Rosh ha-Karmel (Cape Carmel), almost reaches the Mediterranean; there the coastal plain is only 600 ft (180 m) wide. The mountain's highest point, 1,791 ft above sea level, is northwest of the village of ‘Isfiya. The name, dating back to biblical times, is derived from the Hebrew kerem (“vineyard” or “orchard”) and attests to the mountain's fertility even in ancient times.

Sanctified since early times, Mt. Carmel is mentioned as a “holy mountain” in Egyptian records of the 16th century BC. As a “high place,” it was long a centre of idol worship, and its outstanding reference in the Bible is as the scene of Elijah's confrontation with the false prophets of Baal (I Kings 18)."

(((Now note how subtley they tell us that the Christians also found it a *holy* site, at least 22 centuries later as if it was a blink of an eye.)))

"Mt. Carmel was also sacred to the early Christians; individual hermits settled there as early as the 6th century AD. The Carmelites, a Roman Catholic monastic order, were founded in 1150; they received their first rule, or laws and regulations governing the conduct of their order, in 1206–14. Their monastery (rebuilt 1828) is near the traditional site of Elijah's miracle."

((([And this is what year for us now, 5763? But there were Hebrew names for *palestinian* places 16 centuries before?]
You see, both Islam and Christianity have stolen our holy sites and miracles and call them their own. It is time they stop it. Past time.)))

"There are many fine parks and woods on the slopes of the mountain, both within the city of Haifa (q.v.) and outside it. Much of the wooded area is included in the Carmel Nature Reserve. On the southwest slopes are caves where archaeologists found (1931–32) Stone Age human skeletons of a type previously unknown."

Britannica Article

###############################################################################

(((THIS is a very blatant lie. There was never a historical connection between those calling themselves *Palestinians* today with Philistia. Indeed, the Philistines were not Arab at all.)))

The word Palestine derives from Philistia, the name given by Greek writers to the land of the Philistines, who in the 12th century BC occupied a small pocket of land on the southern coast, between modern Tel Aviv–Yafo and Gaza. The name was revived by the Romans in the 2nd century AD in “Syria Palaestina,” designating the southern portion of the province of Syria. After Roman times the name had no official status until after World War I and the end of Ottoman rule, when it was adopted for one of the regions mandated to Great Britain; in addition to an area roughly comprising present-day Israel and the West Bank, the mandate included the territory east of the Jordan River now constituting the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

..........................................

The name Palestine has long been in popular use as a general term to denote a traditional region, but this usage does not imply precise boundaries. The perception of what constitutes Palestine's eastern boundary has been especially fluid, although the boundary frequently has been perceived as lying east of the Jordan River, extending at times to the edge of the Arabian Desert. In contemporary understanding, however, Palestine is generally defined as a region bounded on the east by the Jordan River, on the north by the border between modern Israel and Lebanon, on the west by the Mediterranean Sea (including the coast of Gaza), and on the south by the Negev, with its southernmost extension reaching the Gulf of Aqaba.

..................................

(((THIS is also a lie. The term Palestine never achieved popular use until the advent of the butcher, Arafat. I have become so outraged at this theft of history to be used as an excuse for Jewish murders, that I canno longer allow these myths, even from my own people to persist...so I have made arrangements with one of my favorite professors at my Alma Mater, to go back through very obsolete microfish documents in their very extensive library to publicize the real truth once and for all. I have also gotten other interested parties to begin retrieving the Garrod documents from the Library of Congress along with any related material. I intend to disabuse the world of the Palestinian myth using the good auspices of a major seat of higher learning here in the USA who could never be accused of pro-Israeli bias.

Along with this, I have accused the Britannica, in particular, of skewing history to the point it has become unrecognizable and lain Jewish murders at their doorstep.

One of the really bizarre intimations threw me for a loop.

Christianity: Its Rise in Palestine

The appearance of Christ in Palestine led to the end of the ancient religions.

In fact, if you check out this entire page, you will get a very blatant introduction to the political bent of Britannica. It is horrendous.

NOWHERE have I ever seen or heard that Christ was born in Palestine.

This is evil and subtle and very, very dangerous, especially with the Roman Church adding legitimacy to these things and their insane love affair with Arafat himself. It seems to me they have a common goal...to erase Jewish Law and Jews themselves from the face of the earth. I do not believe the Roman Church is Christian in any way whatsoever. I believe it is the extension of Roman Hellenism and Pantheism throughout the world.

I am very serious about this. Thanks for reading....and for any help you can offer.

Feel free to check the facts any way you can, if you care. It isn't always hopeless if enough people learn the truth and have the guts to tell it.

EASTERN ROMAN EMPIRE

ATTENTION PLEASE!!!

Please look at this map. Look at the word palestine. Do you see THAT font anywhere else on the entire map? Or are my eyes really that gone? Odd thing. Since I put an ancient islamic map up on Free Republic, it has disappeared completely from the web. Not just that one either. ANY map that was pre-palestine is gone. Either the links lead to errors, or they say *Holy Land*, Palestine, or just Holy Land. Israel is not even mentioned. I found few remaining old maps, but it took literally hours to gather only 6 maps. A few were named palestine, but none of them had the word palestine in them or on them, and most of them were old Christian Biblical maps.

This particular map was of the ancient ROMAN Empire. There was no such thing as palestine then, and yet, it appears to be available in the U of Texas Library.
I found the same type of unscrupulousness at Yale, Harvard, The University of Chicago, IAM, AWC, National Geographic, U Penn, etc. Every link to Israel or Israel map is either broken or gone, pre-palestine. I am outraged.
This is a pure forgery and it needs to be exposed.

Below is the original Arabic Map made by Ancient Muslim Cartographers.

I saved save the pic of the old Islamic map, but it's on my own server now and the website it was on has been wiped clean. They seem to have wiped all reference to pre-palestine off the entire web.

Thank you in advance.

(The reply I received did confirm that the font was different and probably added in the mid 1900s.
