AQUARIUS
January
20 - February 18
Personality:
Aquarius
is the eleventh Sign of the Zodiac, and Aquarians are the perfect representatives
for the Age of Aquarius. Those born under this Sign have the social conscience
needed to carry us into the new millennium. These folks are humanitarian,
philanthropic and keenly interested in making the world a better place.
Along those lines, they'd like to make the world work better, which is
why they focus much of their energy on our social institutions and how
they work (or don't work). Aquarians are visionaries, progressive souls
who love to spend time thinking about how things can be better. They are
also quick to engage others in this process, which is why they have so
many friends and acquaintances. Making the world a better place is a collaborative
effort for Aquarians.
The Sign
of Aquarius is symbolized by the Water Bearer. In much the same way that
the Water Bearer brings that precious liquid as a gift, Aquarians shower
the world with their thoughts and new ideas. Luckily for Aquarians (and
the rest of us), they are at a near-genius level, so their minds churn
out some amazing things. Their thought process is also inventive and original.
While Aquarians are happy to bestow these ideas as a gift with no strings
attached, they are much happier when the rest of the world agrees with
them. Naysayers will quickly find out that Aquarians can be impatient,
even temperamental, with those who disagree. Yes, these folks can be quite
fixed in their opinions, in keeping with the Fixed Quality assigned to
this Sign. Even though Aquarians are happy to give, and they do, it's often
on their terms and within their comfort level. Generally, that means ample
space, since these folks are freedom-loving and individualistic and need
to roam (and yes, they do enjoy travel). While Aquarians are generally
sympathetic and compassionate, they like it when things go their own quirky
way. Some might call their behavior eccentric (and they would be right),
but when you consider that the Aquarian's heart is truly in the right place,
a few oddities should be overlooked. In their own way, Aquarians treasure
their many friends and acquaintances and want to give back as much as they
can.

COMPATIBILITIES:
Aquarius
is the visionary of the zodiac. It is represented by the Water Bearer and
is the truth-seeker and scientist. They are honest, probing, amiable, humane,
popular, broad-minded, kind and detached. In the love and marriage department,
and Aquarian will unlikely pick a partner with a keen sexual appetite,
like a Sagittarius, but one that has the traits of a good friend and parent.
They do well with Geminis and Libras, since they are on the same wavelength.
They make excellent friends and if you want a secret kept, tell it to an
Aquarius. People seek them out for business due to their honesty and kind
manner. They are easy to work with and can see far into the future when
it comes to trends. They love quiet music, romance, candles, soft lighting
when it comes to making love, and that is what they do, make love. So if
you want to seduce an Aquarius, bring them flowers, candy or take them
to fancy restaurants.

PISCES
February
19 - March 20
Personality:
Pisces
is the twelfth Sign of the Zodiac, and it is also the final Sign in the
Zodiacal cycle. Hence, this Sign brings together many of the characteristics
of the eleven Signs that have come before it. Pisceans, however, are happiest
keeping many of these qualities under wraps. These folks are selfless,
spiritual and very focused on their inner journey. They also place great
weight on what they are feeling. Yes, feelings define Pisceans, and it's
not uncommon for them to feel their own burdens (and joys) as well as those
of others. The intuition of the Pisces-born is highly-evolved. Many people
associate Pisceans with dreams and secrets, and it's a fair association,
since those born under this Sign feel comfortable in an illusory world.
It's a
pair of Fish that represents Pisceans, a symbol which prompts others to
suggest that these people 'go with the flow' and 'don't make waves.' Both
of these labels are true, since Pisceans are fluid and easy-going, in keeping
with the Mutable Quality assigned to this Sign. The fact that two fish
(as opposed to one) represent the members of this Sign also speaks to the
duality of Pisceans, their yin and yang sensibility. Pisceans alternate
between reality and non-reality in keeping with their introspective natures;
their voyage between consciousness and an unconscious dream state says
much about their intuitive, almost psychic natures. For this reason, Pisceans
can be hard to pin down, prompting some to call them the chameleons of
the Zodiac. The Fish are happy to be considered hazy, since there's a certain
sense of safety in that self-proclaimed netherworld. That said, they won't
stay away for long, since one of their primary goals is to help others.
Pisceans are compassionate, charitable and will quickly put the needs of
others ahead of their own. It's this kind of self-sacrifice which keeps
these folks going. The flip side to their giving natures is that oft-timid
Fish are likely to be taken advantage of by less well-meaning souls.

COMPATIBILITIES:
And last
but certainly not least is Pisces, the sign of the poet and interpreter.
Pisces are kind, retiring, gentle, sensitive, unlucky, moody and indecisive.
They are the least known of the zodiac therefore they most always have
difficulties in marriage and love. Highly sensitive and moody, other signs
never know what to say or do around a Pisces. Other water signs (Scorpio
and Cancer) know them best and can tolerate them, whereas a fire sign (Aries,
Leo, Sagittarius) or an air sign (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) cannot really
deal with their running away from certain issues that must be dealt with.
They feel more at ease with Cancers, since that is the nurturing sign of
the zodiac. As for business, the are better just working at a place rather
than being in business. They do not like to make decisions or have too
many responsibilities making a business partnership almost impossible,
unless the other person is just very, very strong. Sexually, they should
seek out other Pisces or Virgos.
