The entire plot of "TIME HAS NO MEASURE" by Kim Robarts:

(This is based on the characters of the Tenchi Muyo! anime series)

Ryoko, one afternoon, decides to go up to the shrine to watch Tenchi sparring with his grandfather.  As she does, she encounters a kindness from the elder she wasn’t expecting.
Later, as she awaits for Tenchi on the shrine steps, she flies into his arms – only to realize it’s not Tenchi – but, his grandfather.  Embarrassed, she apologizes profusely, leaving Yosho to chuckle at her reaction.
At dinner, he leaves her on her dinner plate – a gift – of a little carrot flower he’d made, since she was admiring it while they ate.  Also, Ryoko gets memories of their hug flashing through her mind, which confuses her even more.
As time goes on, he defends her against Aeka (which makes Aeka bitter towards her brother, Yosho), champions her to Tenchi (in order for him to love Ryoko more), and becomes a friend in her corner.
Ryoko can’t understand the sudden attention, but, she still acts insecure in his presence.
It’s not until Yosho at the annual Japanese matchmaker carnival kindly accepts the lonely and secluded Ryoko as his ‘faux’ love – that Ryoko begins to trust him when his kindness is given.  (Washu realizes something is up and starts to suspect about this time).
Late one night, she gets curious and flies up past the shrine to see a tiny light still flickering within – she flies down and knocks on his door.  He doesn’t act surprised upon seeing her, invites her in to a game of chess, which he teaches her and his secret sin – sake.
It becomes ritual that every other night, she goes to Grandfather’s house high atop the mountain to share with him his chess and sake, then mahjongg, then Chinese checkers – all very formally.
They open up tiny secrets to one another.  Ryoko changes her attire to something more traditionally Japanese – but, right in the middle of a conversation – he tells her that her bunned hair looks better down.  To show her he comes over with a mirror and releases her hair from the pins holding it, as he does, he gives her a brief kiss (or maybe this is too soon?).
As her absence in the evenings becomes known, she becomes more secretive.
But, Washu finds out through her computer monitor – she is infuriated and faces her.  Ryoko can’t comprehend her anger – and Washu won’t tell her why.
Her feelings, she begins to realize on the other hand are becoming more real for Katushito – despite her age difference, she becomes strongly drawn to him – so much so that she is left desiring him all day, and childlike at times in his presence.
One day, she goes for a now sparring practice that Yosho has decided to test her sword and fighting methods.  She is afraid that she may hurt him at first, but never one to back down from a challenge, she goes.  Yosho is extremely good and quick, but Ryoko surprisingly does get the better of him a couple of times or maybe he lets her.  At one time after comically chasing him around the fighting court – she lands on top of him after falling to the ground.  Embarrassed, she finds the sensation exciting, but backs away.
Another day, going up early in the morning...just to talk, unscheduled...she catches him undressing for a bath.  Standing there, naked – his strong muscular body makes Ryoko burn, especially watching him bathe.  As he does, he looks up to her hiding place and meets her ardent gaze with his own.  Ryoko panics, can he see her?  She flies away out of fear.
That night she dreams of ‘Yosho’ (she does not know that the Grandfather is Yosho) instead.  Dreaming of them, happy in love together at the Jurain castle, sharing everything, making love – but as they do, suddenly Yosho turns into Grandfather – and she runs away.
The experience after waking causes Ryoko to begin to wonder what’s happening to her heart.  Does she love Grandfather Masaki?
That day, she decides to visit Grandfather – but, he refuses to see her.  Unbeknownest to Ryoko, Washu has gotten to him and cautioned him not to see Ryoko any longer.  For reasons other than his age (explained later).
Ryoko is hurt and confused, especially when Yosho still gives her glances when Washu is not looking at the table – only to turn away again.
So she begins pursuing Tenchi once again, furtively.  Even, to her surprise, one evening – Tenchi makes a suggestive gesture to Ryoko and she thinks it’s time – time to do the horizontal mambo.
Full of cheer and bravado at being the one chosen – she goes to his room the next night.
Yet, her composure is shattered when she realizes she has no idea what to do – and more importantly, subconciously that she desires Yosho to make love to – not Tenchi.  But, being rejected by him makes her uncertain and small – like a little girl.
Washu, who is getting a late night snack from work downstairs, overhears Ryoko crying aloud and can’t take it any longer – she’s her daughter and she loves her.  She goes to the shrine and tells Yosho to go find Ryoko.  He does, and asks her if she trusts him – she says ‘yes’ and he picks her up to carry her to Nobuyuki’s den close to where she sits.
She confesses the fact – however embarrassing – that she can’t make love to Tenchi.
With kindess – however self-serving – he tells her he will show her how.
Closing her eyes through his insistence – he asks her to tell him what she feels.  Slowly and tenderly, she senses his every touch and relaxes to him.
When he goes to kiss her – she finally confesses that she loves him and he tells her he loves her too.
They make love on the rug in the middle of the room in the dark before Yosho invites her to his room atop the shrine to finish the act – Ryoko looses her virginity to him.
Ryoko is overjoyed the next day as she goes singing through the house.  Aeka hears her and is angered to think that maybe Tenchi and she had indeed made love – especially when she is singing with rather lurid terms in Japanese.
But, afterwards Ryoko goes to Yosho and turns on the sex appeal, but he again turns distant – for Yosho it was one night, as he promised it would be to Washu – as sort of a compromise.
Ryoko can’t figure it out – didn’t he say he loved her (which really Yosho shouldn’t have, he took the risk).
Angry and bitter, Ryoko spends most of her time indulging in sake, fatty foods and sleep -- hardly if ever social, except to annoy Aeka on occasion or hang all over Tenchi (and she becomes even more overt in her mannerisms around him), she squirrels away by herself sometimes for weeks where no one knows where she is -
Except Washu!
Who goes to talk her to her senses.  But, Ryoko won't listen to her, literally telling her where to stick
her sentiments.  Washu tells her she loves her, and Ryoko turns really abrasive.  In retaliation Washu mutters, "I did it for your own good!!"
Ryoko sees red -- she was responsible for Yosho's distance -- she lifts her up by her collar with her magic and pins her to the cave wall (Ryoko is back in her cave), demands to know what she means.
Washu innocently deflects her daughter's weak bullying and insulted, she finally blurts out, "Ask him!"
As Ryoko rushes out of the cave in fury, Washu changes her mind in horror of what she's unleashed -- but, can't stop her.
Ryoko comes to the shrine -- confronts Yosho -- but, he refuses to pander to her line of questioning -- she tells him what Washu said and that she loves him and can't live without him.
Yosho, then, knows his attempts to protect her are to no avail.
As she turns from pacing the room, she is startled -
To turn into the younger face of her old foe - Yosho!
Suddenly, she realizes - Grandfather is Yosho!
Hatred flares up in her, but as he continues to look into her eyes - the memories of long ago flood back to her - memories of them.
Falling to a chair nearby, she begins to cry.  They were in love once - a long time ago - before anyone cared they did.
She asks him to fill in the blanks as he sits near her, and holds her close.
He tells her how long ago, his father, Azusa, fell in love with two women and married them both
(which was acceptable in his land), their names Funaho and Misaka. Soon, both women were pregnant --  Funaho gave birth to he, Kagato! And Nagi!; Misaka later on a year or two -- Aeka and Sasami.
She can't believe they are brothers -- Yosho and Kagato!  Or that Nagi is related to them!
She learns that her 'part creator/owner' Kagato was ruthlessly trying to unsurp the Emperor of Jurai (his father), so much so that Azusa disowned his second son and banished him forever from the castle -- turning instead the honour to Katushito.  He also decides that since he is coming of age, he should marry to raise more heirs for the throne.  He decides upon Aeka, who at this time is merely a child.
Meanwhile, a sullen and vengeful Kagato traverses space and time looking for a kernel to hatch his plan.  One day, he overhears rumors of a great scientific genius named Washu.
Washu, who always lived among (created - never really born) the goddesses - Tsunami and Tokimi - her sisters, always felt envious of the effortless power over the universe they possessed.  A little left of center herself, she tries to constantly vie to the takeover of the universe to show them up.  They never tell her, she's 5% human.  Possessing the three major trinities - her's being existence, Tokimi's being eternity and Tsunami's being history.  All three goddesses have a stake in the Juraian family - because mainly they created Jurai (Primarily Tsunami does).  Only their secrets have been passed on to the female race of Jurai.  And, because Washu is existence, she starts anew as a young girl.  (Tsunami granted Tenchi the power to fight Kagato -- which Washu saw and knew was her sister's doing immediately).
She creates a floating university called Soja to mainly suit her ego and teach some of her magic -- this interests the disowned Kagato, who joins Washu's academy as a student to learn of her powers along with Tokimi and Tsunami.  He romances her and they are engaged to marry, Washu is somewhat suspicious of him - but, in love.
It's when he tells her of his plans for world domination -- she becomes wary -- but, goes along, seeing her chance too.
Tsunami warns her against him, but, she ignores her.
Kagato wants the ultimate power -- the three goddesses and Jurai.
Soon, his plans come to fruition, as he suggests that Washu bears a child.  But, he cautions her as that he only has a fraction of the Jurain powers left that his father has not yet removed (bear in mind, a lot of the Jurain magic like the Light Hawk Wings, he has no knowledge of), she should have the genetically altered child of his patriarch (Azusa).  Washu is appalled at first, but consents.  He sends her one night to his father's castle, there, in the privacy of his quiet bedroom -- the embodiment of an older Washu (the first time she uses this trick), she seduces Azusa.  He thinks it's that she is simply a gift from an old friend, little does he know.  She is inseminated and returns to Kagato -- they take her ova from her body, genetically alter it with his father's energetically-rich genes and his own, the power of the Mass (an alien life-form that Washu captured for experiment in her labs and are very powerful at mimicking).   Washu has the Mass duplicate her transplanted makeup.  And, so Ryoko is born and created at the same time in a test tube.
She grows up fast under Washu's tutelage and Kagato's cruel and firm hand -- to him, his half-daughter is nothing more than a thing!
Washu grows frustrated with Kagato and threatens to expose him and run off with Ryoko.
To silence her, finding her no longer useful -- he seals her up in Soja with a cursed seal (the snakes) upon her breast.  Taking over her ship -- he approaches Jurai and puts his plans into action.
Setting up a liason as the king of a distant planet, offering to make peace with the Jurai, he sends Ryoko as a dancing girl with others to enchant the king, but, especially to seduce Yosho, his former brother.
She dances for them with erotic moves and festive scarves.  Only 19, she is both beautiful and mysterious.  And, Yosho, is bewitched.
 But, so is Ryoko.
Only planning on sleeping with him in order to be made his queen, she instead loses her heart as well.
Aeka, who is Ryoko's age at the time, is infuriated -- her old rival (they meet occasionally as children when Washu's academy is attended by many Jurain royalty) -- makes her bitter.  As she thinks that as a child, Yosho had promised to marry her instead.  Though never did he really, he was much older than she and could see the impending complications over the throne.
Azusa is angered that Yosho no longer wants to marry Aeka but Ryoko, the stranger instead.
Not only that, but the Jurain people find out Yosho, Kagato, Nagi and Ryoko are human -- for some reason despised among their people.
The king, anxious to keep his people happy -- is heart broken to turn out his last remaining male heir, feeling grieviously betrayed.
Kagato observing from above is frightened that his plans are being trashed.  Finding he needs Washu once more, he frees her -- but keeps the curse upon her (he's able to do this by using the magic of her own ship against her).  She doesn't want to help him -- but, when he threatens Ryoko, she has no choice.
She creates three gems (denoting her, Tsunami and Tokimi) for Ryoko's wrists and neck -- and puts her under his power.  He sends her back to Jurai to wreck havoc on all the planet.  Ryoko, by this time, is extremely powerful.  Ryoko also begins to steal for fun and other crimes that make her and Washu's creation of a ship for her (Ryo-ohki) notorious!  And, the target of Yosho's sister, Nagi (who has left Jurai because of the prejudice against her human side, and rebelliously turned her into a bounty hunter by trade).
Yosho begins to comprehend then that she is possessed -- and the logic comes to him it's his brother Kagato's doing.
He decides to get Ryoko far away from this place, from the vengenance of the people of Jurai and the powerful hold of Kagato...but, how?
Just then, Tsunami comes to him - but, in the embodiment of Sasami (Sasami falls as a young girl during the chaos of Ryoko.  Tsunami, heartsick and distraught over what is happening to her beloved planet -- rescues the little girl and enters her spirit in Sasami's form to save it), so it makes sense she wants to help, seeking out Yosho and giving him a beautiful sword with his name engraved on it.  There are three holes on the shaft.
She explains to him that only the 'true' descendants of Jurai can ever possess the sword, and will some day be passed on to the next generation (Aeka can touch it -- but, it will become Achika's and finally Tenchi's).  The ken possesses the essence of Jurai's power -- yet, the person themselves only possess the true total power.  She also tells him that now Ryoko possesses it -- or the potential to -- but, under Kagato's hand it will turn evil.  Yosho tells Sasami/Tsunami that he's more concerned for his love for Ryoko and refuses to kill her to beat Kagato.  Tsunami tells him that she never had that in mind at all, she said simply to take Ryoko's jewels and Kagato would hae no power left over her.  Then, he should chase her to the planet Earth and hide her away in a cave she's designed.  She tells him that when the gems are removed, she's planned that it will cause Ryoko to take the form of a demon so as to both deter people from the caves (like the Jurain) and so that Kagato can no longer find her.  She must remain frozen till time has no measure for their wrongs.  But, at least Ryoko can be safe and near him.
Yosho decides to do it, to save his love.  He thanks Tsunami, but she promises to return whenever he or his family need her.
Running off during a fierce fight with Ryoko, chasing her ship with his sword brandished -- Aeka screams for Yosho to take her with him -- but, he gone and Aeka is left heartbroken.
Chasing her to earth, his ship takes root as he had planned.  He plunges the sword into Ryoko's neck and claims her neck gem.  Then, he cuts away her hands at the wrists to release the gems there, as Tsunami instructed -- she turns into a great demon.  Yosho plunges the sword to the hilt into her heart and she turns immediately to ice.  He then drags her to the cave and buries her in a mystical pool therein.  Thinking 'someday, we'll be together again!'
But, someday turns into several years.  And, even longer hundreds of years.  To convert totally to a believable life on earth - he marries a mortal woman, and naturally lets himself age (though he can convert to a younger form without difficulty).  Together they have Achika, then later Achika and her husband, Nobuyuki -- Tenchi.
Years that Ryoko, in spirit appears -- watching Yosho's lovely wife, his beautiful daughter, then the young and growing Tenchi -- who so looks like a young Yosho, that Ryoko mourns deeply -- resentment and deep sadness well up in her, until the day when Yosho, who has never forgotten her -- allows Tenchi to release her.
When through circumstances Ryoko attaches herself to Tenchi in hopes to make Yosho jealous -- Tsunami intervenes, relinquishes the sword to Tenchi and upon severing one of her wrists -- releasing her magic to the sword entirely, she loses much of her memory of Yosho and her past in the process.  She turns her affection naturally to Tenchi instead.
Though it pains Yosho to see her with another, he knows at least she is safe and alive again.  Until no longer he can keep his feelings hidden.
And so the circle of fate plays a hand -- first Aeka comes along with an old bitter jealousy fueling her as she searches for Yosho, (her memories partially erased when Yosho concots something in her tea).  Sasami, who has patchy memories of her being saved by Tsunami but nothing more.  Mihoshi, is purely accidental -- it was actually Kiyone that was hired by the Jurai people to hunt for Ryoko (never saying why to her).  Washu is released, and holds the secret with Yosho, as Kagato is defeated (at least briefly, it was merely a test).  And, so it goes on -- Tenchi, the heir, but not knowing what power he really has -- and Ryoko, no ideas she has even more so.
Also, Yosho tells her that a child Washu had earlier while creating the gems for her (Kagato made love to Washu to show her he'd change, plus Washu was sealed up in Soja for some time and feeling her hormones perculating), was robbed from her by emissaries from Kagato -- so there may still be his evil influence out there somewhere -- Ryoko's brother!
They realize now that they need to tell the others the truth.  But, before they do -- they make love, Yosho says he wants to have sex with her in his original younger form -- it's a powerful moment for the two of them.
Then, they go to the others.  They also know that in the back of their minds that the others will be shocked not only of the tale but that they are romantically involved, and are actually brother and sister (albeit, half -- like Yosho and Aeka).
So they do -- Aeka is shocked to learn Ryoko is her half-sister, and that Yosho never really loved her.  He sits with her, and says he always 'loved her', but she was a child at the time -- and never really in love with her.
Tenchi and Nobuyuki are shocked to learn the truth -- especially to see Yosho in younger form -- he reverts back to calm them, saying he likes this form more.
Mihoshi isn't too fazed, obviously.  Kiyone is a little offended by being used by the Jurai counsel -- Yosho apologizes on their behalf.
Sasami is thrilled -- she has another sister.
And, Washu is relieved to know that everything now has been revealed, Ryoko apologizes to her.
Yosho replies that Ryoko's life may now be in danger that her identity has been revealed, especially now from the Jurains after Kagato has been vanquished by Tenchi.  Yosho, then, decides to communicate with his mother, Funaho to make a peaceful bridge to his father.  But, she replies it will take some time -- but, not to worry -- she will work her influence on her husband.
Meantime, Tenchi gives up his affections for Ryoko with a soft kiss and instead becomes closer to Aeka -- much to the delight of Aeka.
And, Ryoko and Yosho grow into a more relaxed, steady relationship that the others accept without problem.
But, another surprise is soon on the way -- Ryoko finds out from Washu that she's pregnant.
It's about this time that a strange incident occurs.  One night, on her own, Ryoko is laying across a banister in the house when she hears a tremendous crash outside.  Going to it, she finds out there is a liege of dangerous-looking henchmen in black waiting for her.  Ryoko tries to use her powers to destroy them, but as soon as she does -- they reappear instantly.
So she runs off to the safety of Yosho's abode -- there he defends her gallantly and with the sword he uses -- they vanish.
Yosho knows they weren't sent by the Jurai -- Kagato has his hand in this.  Somehow!  He found Ryoko before, he will find her again.
Finally, something nice happens after the dark cloud has returned -- Tenchi asks for Aeka's hand in marriage with Nobuyuki's blessing (heck, Nobuyuki's ready to perform the wedding right there and then before Yosho calms him).
So immediately word comes from Jurai -- his people have forgiven Yosho and Ryoko and are excited by the prospect of newborn royalty impending, and the marriage of their Princess Aeka to the soon to be Prince Tenchi.
 Everyone is invited.
And, that means 'everyone'!  Kiyone, Mihoshi, Nobuyuki, Yosho, Ryoko, Sasami, Aeka, Ryo-ohki, Washu, the elite force of the Galaxy Police, Kamidake and Asaka, even Nagi and Ken-ohki.
The planet of Jurai is gorgeous and the returning Jurain royalty are greeted with open arms -- which sort of freaks Ryoko.
They even offer to give their 'new' princess a makeover later on.  "Princess Ryoko!" Ryoko muses to herself with a smile - and soon everyone calls her that for real.
Because of the surroundings -- love begins to blossom amongst the others.  Kiyone and Nobuyuki; Kamidake (human form) and Washu; Mihoshi and her commander; Ryo-ohki and Ken-ohki; even Sasami and a little Jurain boy.
 Everyone is very happy.
Finally, Ryoko takes up their offer for a makeover, begrudgingly.  Aeka practically has to hold her down.  Ryoko looks gorgeous after -- to Aeka's pleasant surprise.  (This scene is inspired by the song "Honor To Us All" from the MULAN soundtrack).  They are presented to the king -- Ryoko is both confident and charming at the meal.  He tells Ryoko, Aeka, Nagi and Sasami how proud he is of his four beautiful, strong daughters.
But, silently, during a 'faux pas' that only she notices during dinner -- she goes off on her own.  Azusa comes to find her.  Hugging her, he tells her that he does indeed love her and if it had not been for Kagato -- he would have been proud for her to take the throne with Yosho.  He feels her tummy and says that she'll always be his little girl.  Ryoko cries, never knowing a father before and now having one.  She tells him that she loves him to as she hugs him back.
During the days to follow, everything is peaceful.
But, the tides turn as one day while attending court -- the young, handsome boy Sasami was smitten with reveals himself as Washu's son!
Washu wants to believe, but something is wrong.
"No!  My son would be much older now and he had hazel eyes -- not true blue like yours.  And, his blonde hair was beginning to darken!"
Suddenly, Nobuyuki chortled, "That sounds like our Tenchi when we adopted him.  Me and Achika couldn't have children -- so we received him from this gentleman -- he swore Tenchi was of noble blood!"
Yosho jumped, "Nobuyuki, you never told me my Achika couldn't bear children!  I would have known!"
"I'm sorry father, but she swore me to silence back then -- she didn't want to break your heart.  Come to think of it -- Tenchi's eyes used to be light until he was a year old and they turned rich brown -- like Achika's.  It was a miracle!"
Washu was speechless - so was everyone, she stepped forward to him, tears in her eyes.  She tooks his hands, "You're my son?!"
Tenchi didn't know what to say.
Until someone answered her -- the boy -- now, Kagato!
"That's right, my love!  Our son, Tenchi!!  Surprised, aren't you?  It was never because of the Jurains that your son was removed from you -- it was because he belonged to me and if Ryoko was no longer my instrument -- Tenchi would be!"
Tenchi put his arms protectively around the diminutive Washu and spat at Kagato, "You don't own me anymore than you own Ryoko!  We are no longer under your power!!"
"All the times I had you fight me was a test of your mettle.  Did you really think for a moment that you could conquer me?!!  You're such a naive boy!"
Tenchi looked ready to kill him right there and then -- but, Washu stopped him.
"No Tenchi!  There are still some questions I have to ask him!"
She walks up to him, standing defiantly before him and says.
"My son's pigment and eye colour never changed -- I lied -- but, I knew you weren't the embodiment of my son, Hitoshi!  Do you mind explaining some things to me?"
"Not at all.  I'd be delighted!  Hitoshi, our son was always blonde and fair -- but, when Yosho disappeared with Ryoko, I knew I couldn't smply sit idly by and let Yosho live happily ever after.  I found he took shelter on earth, and married a mortal woman!  I could never trace Ryoko, but I knew wherever Yosho was, Ryoko was sure to be -- so I bade my time for the right time to strike.  That's when I found his daughter, Achika.  It was I that made her ova as barren as the desert, and it was I that took her ovarian makeup along with Nobuyuki's and surplanted it in Hitoshi's.  I had my emissaries take him from you. Passing as a high official, I gave the child to Yosho's children to raise as 'Tenchi' which so aptly was the name of my dear brother's sword at the time.  But, that boy, though he resembles my brother is really mine -- and mine forever!!!"
Yosho's anger flared up, taking up his sword he was ready to strike down the man who robbed his daughter so vily, who threatened his true love Ryoko and now his grandson, Tenchi.
But, Washu raised her hand, quickly.
"No!!  This is my fight, Katushito!" she growled.  "I've nearly created his evil by fostering his will.  This is my problem!"
 "Washu!" yelled Yosho in protest.
"You are both wrong!" suddenly Azusa shouted.  "He's mine!!"
Kagato smiled, rather satisfied he'd made it this far.
"Why father -- you flatter me, to think of me still as your son!"
"I've stopped considering you a son a long time ago!"
"Oh -- I'm so hurt!  The truth?  I could care less what you think, old man!  I just want that bejewelled chair you sit upon and you are in my way!!" Kagato threatened.
But, his father was quick to act.  "Well, by all means -- help yourself!!!"  With that -- his throne flew across the room with his magic and aimed directly for Kagato.
But, he was faster and deflected it back to his father, seriously wounding him.
Ryoko, closest to him, runs to her father's side and cradles his head in her lap.
"My dearest Ryoko -- you must conquer him once and for all!!"
"But father, I've tried and so have the others and failed before..."
"You must combine your forces!  All of you and you will succeed!"
Everyone is informed and go into action.  Tenchi gives Ryoko all the gems; Washu calls upon her sisters; Kamidake and Asaka enforce themselves -- as do Mihoshi and Kiyone; Aeka and Sasami call upn their Jurain powers -- as do Nagi and Yosho; Tsunami reinforces Tenchi's sword; Ryo-ohki and Ken-ohki hiss as Nobuyuki even stands comically by with his mock judo.  Even more shocking, Tokimi calls upon the ethereal spirit of Achika to help.
"My -- isn't this a formiable force!" Kagato muses, smugly.  Seemingly uneffected.
They fight viciously and Kagato uses every dirty trick up his sleeve.
But, it's when Washu, Tokimi and Tsunami give all their powers to the children and they combine (the forces of everyone makes them morph and become the elements) that the earth begins to shake and crumble, mudslides envelope the castle, floods, lightening and thunder, hurricanes, tornadoes, and everything suck up Kagato who is unprepared finally once and for all vanquishing him.  He explodes into a nucleur ball and his remains become a near star system in the Jurain sky.
As he disappears, everything is returned to normal.  Everyone celebrates.
 Azusa is healed instantly.
Tsunami goes to Ryoko and hands her the Tenchi's sword.  Ryoko is afraid to touch it remembering what has happened once before.  But, Tsunami insists.  She does and now she can, without fear...she is really a Jurain.
Within weeks of one another -- Ryoko gives birth to twins, a boy and girl and in a sumptious service -- both Aeka and Tenchi, and Yosho and Ryoko marry, with teary-eyed family watching.  Ryoko and Yosho return to earth accompanied by Ryo-ohki,  Nagi, Ken-ohki, Washu, Kiyone, Nobuyuki and Mihoshi.
They stay in close contact with Aeka and Tenchi now on Jurai -- as they later on expect a child themselves.  With Sasami and Asak staying with them.  Kamidake follows his new love, Washu to earth.
Washu on her departure from Jurai with the others, hugs her son, Tenchi and tells him how lucky he is to have two moms.  Tenchi tells her he loves her.  Washu also gets a splendid praise and gift from Tokimi and Tsunami by being given immortality and new powers (but, will check up on her from time to time to make sure she doesn't abuse them).
Ryoko and Aeka hug and seriously begin a lifelong friendship as sisters as Aeka holds her new nephew and niece.
Azusa forgives Yosho and tells him he loves him.
And so, upon leaving -- life goes on -- more weddings to come, and more children.
 And...a REAL happy ever after:)
