Do you know what the most common 

error found on income taxes is? 
 

According to the CCRA, many people 

confuse the sequence for the "date 

of birth".  Unfortunately, since each 

individual's records are registered 

using the name/S.I.N. number/date 

of birth, this means extra effort on the 

part of CCRA to contact the individual 

to verify the data.  Be sure to show 

your date of birth as follows: 

YEAR / MO / DA (example: 1999/10/04).

Once you have assembled all slips, complete the tax worksheet to the best of your 

ability.  Many questions may arise, and each will be dealt with individually, 
   

Fax copies of the slips, such as T4s, T4As, T4RSP etc., a copy of your last year's 

return, and the worksheet by contacting, (the fax number will be provided upon 

request):

Your tax return will be prepared using the Quicktax® software system. This software 

has been approved for use by the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA), 

formerly Revenue Canada. 
 

When complete, your tax return will be mailed or faxed back to you.  No copies of returns are kept on file, you retain your own records to ensure confidentiality. 
 

Or, have TickTax complete your taxes using the standard method, via phone/FAX/or 

mail, or in the comfort of your own home.  At your disposal 24/7!
