My name is Kim. I grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada - born on January 9, 1969 to Don and Evelyn Robarts. I had a brother a couple of years later whom they named Scott. I have lived practically every where and no where. That sounds strange, but it is actually true. The moves I've made with my family: Nova Scotia, California, Vermont, Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, Kansas and every where in between. I've been to all 12 provinces except for the Northwest Territories and have been to most of the U.S. except the south...though I've been to Arizona and parts of Texas. My favorite food is lobster! And, I'm a Capricorn/Monkey in astrology. |
| I have three hamsters - Russ, Rothie and Shally and one cat - Theresa, which keep me pretty busy on average and whom I adore. I love animals and nature. I live at home with my single mom, and we are moving to British Columbia in the coming year. |

I'm now the proud owner of a tribal/rose bracelet around my right wrist. It's amazing, and not nearly as bad as I imagined it would be getting it, though the needle broke off when getting it. Trust me, you have cats in your life - this isn't anything to worry about, it's like cat scratches, so I've had plenty of practice, and cat scratches hurt more :-) |
| Most people know me for my writing - including my infamous "You Are What You See" amongst the Animaniacs set and a story I wrote about a certain celebrity mentioned below and a birthday party gone wrong - thanks Tim for the gracious message - glad you liked it! I'm also known for my Strawberry Shortcake collection - I have several dolls and will collect more. I collect emulation games which I'm passionate for and anything anime wise (especially Sanrio or Morning Glory). I love to draw and do things on the net. I'm usually not far from my 'pooter'. And, I love eBay - I've even converted my uncle to using it! |

Also,
I went on a very exciting trip to the Warner Brothers Animation Department
in Burbank, California about 6 years ago. You can read about my adventure
here. I also had the priviledge of meeting the voice artists from
the show "Animaniacs" and "Pinky & The Brain". It was an idea
spawned from a usenet group called alt.tv.animaniacs. Yep, you guessed
it - my idea. Still it was the best trip I'd ever taken. That's
me by the car...bah, not photogenic!
Also, I had the joy of meeting Rob Paulsen again and Maurice LaMarche in Boston, MA a few years afterwards. Thanks for all the fun, guys - and thanks for making my trip worthwhile. Wish it were still going on. It was a pleasure!! Here's
the write up I did for the Animania IV Site:
And, here
is more information about the picture and who's who:

| Back to Los Angeles to attend
The William S. Paley Festival to meet and greet the cast and crew of the
television series 'MONK'. It was an amazing trip, and I got to meet
some terrific friends from online. You can find out more about my
experiences of the festival at the following site:
The William S. Paley Festival
Features 'Monk':
The picture on the top right
is of Me, Jason Gray-Stanford (Lt. Randall Disher on the show) and my friend
Lynn. The picture on the bottom is a press photo of the cast from
the show - Bitty Schram (Sharona Fleming), Stanley Kamel (Dr. Kroger),
Tony Shalhoub (Adrian Monk), Ted Levine (Captain Leland Stottlemeyer),
and Jason (Lt. Randall Disher).
Also, I went to Spokane to the screening of the movie Made-Up which Tony directed and starred his wife Brooke Adams, also his sister-in-law Lynne Adams. Tony also starred, Lynne wrote it and Brooke and she directed. Got all that? Good. It was a great movie and I had a wonderful time talking to Tony and meeting Brooke and Lynne. Thanks for everything! And, thanks Lynn Chapman! Find out more about it here:
